Please install the Claude Code mod "ruflo Console" (https://github.com/ruvnet/ruflo). Before installing, read the Security and Requirements sections of its README and tell me what it reads and writes, which commands it runs, whether it uses the network, and which Claude Code version, OS and terminal it needs. If everything looks fine, run claude plugin marketplace add ruvnet/ruflo and claude plugin install ruflo-console@ruflo, then remind me to run /reload-plugins in my session.Send this to Claude Code so it reads the author’s instructions before installing.
git clone https://github.com/ruvnet/ruflo
cd ruflo
claude --plugin-dir ./plugins/ruflo-consoleClone the repository and try it in a local session with --plugin-dir.
What it accesses
Based on the author’s documentation, checked when listed; use claude plugin validate to check for yourself.

Introduction
ruflo Console is the function-hooks mod in the ruflo repo (plugins/ruflo-console), ruvnet's multi-agent orchestration framework. It adds one /ruflo command, a cockpit pane and a band above the prompt.
- Views: overview with health alerts, swarm topology graph, claims flow, federation map, plugin health matrix, learning curve, MetaHarness, memory, cost gauge, agent timeline, approvals queue and event stream.
- A command palette runs confirm-gated actions through the ruflo CLI; there is also an AI terminal (codex or claude), Skills, a Hive-Mind view and a page for the project's ADRs.
- The default look is a neon BBS (ASCII banner, dial-up boot screen), or plain; at 144+ columns it docks beside the transcript.
- It reads ruflo's local files and the CLI's JSON, showing n/a for anything unmeasured; event history is kept in the project's
.claude-flow/console/by default, masked before writing.
Per the author, its only network call of its own is a daily read of the published plugin.json on GitHub to offer updates; the federation relay is off by default; the CLI defaults to the locally cached @claude-flow/cli (npx-offline). It targets projects already using ruflo. No minimum Claude Code version is stated (ruflo-mods docs say mods are on by default from 2.1.287). The preview is illustrative.
Who it is for
- ruflo users who want the whole orchestration state inside Claude Code
Requirements
- Meant for projects already using ruflo; the CLI defaults to a cached @claude-flow/cli.
- No minimum Claude Code version stated; the pane docks at 144+ columns.
