Introduction

Plannotator reviews coding-agent plans; its Claude Code function-hooks mod (apps/hook) makes ExitPlanMode non-blocking in supported interactive terminals so you annotate in the browser while Claude keeps working, then send feedback back. If the plan changes mid-review, an old approval is not applied to the new text. Ask this session can use the current agent context. Windows, claude -p and SDK runs still use the classic blocking hook. It checks GitHub for releases by default; sharing, Ask AI and remote Git review can go online when used. Needs the plannotator binary and Claude Code 2.1.287+. Preview is illustrative; not run-tested here.

  • Non-blocking mod is for supported interactive terminals; Windows and others keep the classic blocking hook.
