About this mod
Skill Creator is Anthropic's workflow for creating and improving skills. It helps you define what a skill should accomplish, write a draft, and use test prompts and execution results to decide whether the instructions work. It also supports revising an existing skill.
Iterate with evidence: the process includes running example tasks, reviewing outputs, assessing results, and updating the instructions. The repository provides evaluation, benchmark, and result-viewing tools so that improvements can be compared on concrete examples. The triggering description can be optimized separately.
Before using it: prepare representative tasks and acceptance criteria, and allow time and model-call budget for evaluation. Human review remains part of the process: metrics do not replace checking whether the intended work was accomplished. Follow the original repository for installation and script usage.
