Introduction
session-switcher is a Claude Code function-hooks mod from BrainRev/claude-session-panels: a side list of open sessions (rename or auto titles) marking self, working, and waiting tabs. On macOS Ghostty, a click runs osascript to select the tab; elsewhere it is usually list-only. Inside tmux, enable set-titles. Needs CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_FUNCTION_HOOKS. EN/JA. Preview illustrative. Not runtime-tested here.
