Session Fleet is a Claude Code function-hooks mod. Sessions share a local plugin store with heartbeats, branch, PR and waiting state for a /fleet board; a Needs-you row appears when another session is blocked. A second session that edits a claimed worktree gets a Proceed/Stop prompt. Needs a Claude Code build with mods. The author's Privacy section says records stay on-device and this mod makes no network calls. Scores are README-calibrated, not run-tested here.
