About this mod

Hookify is an Anthropic Claude Code plugin for creating and managing hook rules. Describe an unwanted behavior in ordinary language, or ask it to inspect corrections from your conversation, and it can create a Markdown configuration file with YAML metadata.

How rules work: patterns and conditions match commands, file changes, or other supported events. A rule can display a warning, or block an operation where the event supports blocking. Commands for listing, enabling, disabling, and configuring rules help you refine the behavior over time.

Scope: this entry is categorized as a hook because rules are its main purpose, although it ships as a plugin. Test patterns against your own examples. Pattern matching does not replace Claude Code's permission settings or understand every operation's meaning.
