Introduction
flex is a Claude Code function-hooks mod that every few minutes shows Claude's mascot acting out neck, shoulder and similar stretches above the prompt, plus pinky-time every few typed prompts (slash commands excluded). /flex starts one now, toggles breaks or shows status; digit keys mark done/snooze. Settings live under pluginConfigs.flex.options. Installed from artisanal-ai/claude-plugins (flex@artisanal-ai). No dedicated Security section; code is UI timers and plugin state with no obvious network calls, so network is unknown. Preview is illustrative.
