Introduction
Clawd Factory is a Claude Code mod that shows your session as a pane of working Clawds. Each tool call adds one, which walks to a station by tool type: blue researches in the Library (Read, Grep, WebFetch…), orange edits in the Workshop, red runs commands at the Terminal, purple handles subagent tasks.
The top line shows the running tool and target, or thinking/idle with the last turn's duration; the bottom line counts turns, calls and failures. The field holds the last 14 calls; finished Clawds show ✓, failed ones turn grey with ✗, and everyone sleeps when the turn ends. Desktop and mobile get SVG pixel art, the terminal gets block characters, VS Code only the text lines. Working Clawds get Haiku-written one-liners at most every 6 seconds during a turn, sent only tool type, name and target, using your own usage.
The pane opens in new sessions; /clawd-factory reopens it. The author verified it on Claude Code 2.1.286 (early function hooks), below this site's 2.1.287+ baseline and not checked on newer builds. README is in Japanese. Scores are docs-calibrated, not run-tested; preview is illustrative.
