Introduction
Clawd Actor is a Claude Code function-hooks mod: while Claude works, mascot Clawd performs on a tiny stage above the prompt. It matches spinner-word stems when it can, otherwise picks an opening scene from the running tool (Bash types, Read thinks, Edit sketches, …) and rotates scenes about every 15 seconds on long turns. After start it may check GitHub for updates (can be disabled). Author developed/tested on 2.1.296. Preview is illustrative; not run-tested here.
