Introduction
cc-pr-tracker is a Git mod. Paste a PR URL as the whole prompt, or let Claude open one, and it gets a line above the prompt with merge state, review decision and required checks, refreshed every minute by default.
- When a check flips or the merge state moves you get a toast, a one-second flash and a sound on macOS, and Claude gets a note it reads next turn with the failing check's log link

gh pr createprints are watched automatically - Hover a line to open, copy, mute or remove it;
detailsopens a side panel listing every check - Claude gets a
pr_statustool, so "why is my PR red?" needs noghcall
It polls through gh api graphql, one read-only call per PR per poll, so it needs the GitHub CLI logged in; the watch list is kept per session or per project in $.store. Full features need Claude Code 2.1.289+ (from 2.1.287 it works in memory only and sends Claude no note). Only interactive terminal sessions draw the UI. Not run-tested by this site; the preview is illustrative.
