Introduction
statuspane is a Claude Code mod that draws a small card above the prompt from Claude Code's own session figures: model and effort, context use (with a confirmable ⟲ compact), 5-hour and 7-day limits with reset countdowns, directory and branch, and session cost. Buttons hide it or open settings to pick lines and bar width, shared across sessions. Optional GitHub CI switches (off by default) use your signed-in gh to show the branch's Actions runs and deploys after a push. A progress API lets any script write ~/.claude/statuspane/progress/<id>.json, or another mod call $.statuspane.progress(), to add bars. Requires Claude Code 2.1.287+ and a terminal at least 70 columns wide; the desktop app shows none. It does not replace an existing statusLine. Based on the README; not run-tested by us.
