Please install the Claude Code mod "shunt" (https://github.com/pleaseai/shunt). Before installing, read the Security and Requirements sections of its README and tell me what it reads and writes, which commands it runs, whether it uses the network, and which Claude Code version, OS and terminal it needs. If everything looks fine, run claude plugin marketplace add pleaseai/shunt and claude plugin install shunt@shunt, then remind me to run /reload-plugins in my session.Send this to Claude Code so it reads the author’s instructions before installing.

Introduction
The shunt Claude Mod draws an AbovePrompt usage band via function hooks: on a shunt gateway it shows shared pool window usage and resets; otherwise session Claude rate limits. /shunt:usage is answered by the hook with no model tokens. It reads the gateway GET /usage. The separate shunt gateway is required for pool view. Not run-tested. Preview is illustrative.
Who it is for
- People on a shunt shared pool who want live window and degradation status
Requirements
- Pool view needs a running shunt gateway; otherwise it falls back to session limits.
