About this mod

Ralph Wiggum is an Anthropic Claude Code plugin for repeatedly iterating on a task. A Stop hook intercepts an attempt to finish and feeds the same prompt back into the current session. Previously changed files and Git history remain available for further inspection and improvement.

Control the loop: the project documents starting a loop, setting a completion promise, limiting iteration count, and cancelling it. This approach fits tasks with concrete acceptance criteria that can guide another iteration.

Before using it: repeated iterations continue to consume model calls and tokens. A completion promise is not an independent acceptance check. Set a clear goal and an iteration limit, observe progress, and inspect the final artifact. The plugin can keep the task moving through more attempts, but it does not guarantee success or remove every problem.

Who it’s for

  • People with concrete acceptance criteria who can monitor iterations
  • Developers wanting repeated checks and improvements on one artifact
