Introduction
Deck is a Claude Code function-hooks mod that draws a collapsible cockpit above the prompt: plan and activity bars, subagent strips, context use, 5h/7d limits with reset countdowns, optional spend and model-route rows, plus a tiny pet that flags when you are needed. The author says it only watches session events and draws — it does not block tools, change requests, or add tokens. Network calls go only to Open-Meteo after you set a weather city; prefs, usage history, and spend live in the plugin store. Install with /plugin marketplace add nvr0x5/claude-deck then /plugin install deck@deck. The author requires Claude Code 2.1.286+ (this site’s baseline is 2.1.287+; the author’s number is kept). It runs in CLI and Desktop; the terminal pet needs an image-capable terminal. The preview is illustrative; scores are not from a live run.
