Session Activity is a Claude Code function-hooks mod. It ledgers outward actions—git push, PRs, database writes, MCP writes, deploys—via /ledger and /waiting, and can hold production SQL writes for confirmation. It focuses on side effects that leave the machine rather than every file read, which helps after long agent runs. The author notes some database intercepts were only simulated. Records stay in the on-device plugin store; the Privacy section says this mod makes no network calls. Scores are README-calibrated, not run-tested here.
Who it is for
- People who need a quick audit of what an agent changed outside the machine
