Please install the Claude Code mod "omnigraph-viz" (https://github.com/pronskiy/omnigraph-claude-mod). Before installing, read the Security and Requirements sections of its README and tell me what it reads and writes, which commands it runs, whether it uses the network, and which Claude Code version, OS and terminal it needs. If everything looks fine, run claude plugin marketplace add pronskiy/omnigraph-claude-mod and claude plugin install omnigraph-viz@omnigraph-claude-mod, then remind me to run /reload-plugins in my session.Send this to Claude Code so it reads the author’s instructions before installing.

What it accesses
Based on the author’s documentation, checked when listed; use claude plugin validate to check for yourself.
Reads
YesReads omnigraph Bash commands and output, graph exports, prior ledgers, replay files, SHELL/HOME.
Writes files
YesWrites JSONL ledgers with command output and a .gitignore to .omnigraph-viz/ in the session dir.
Runs commands
YesRuns $SHELL -lic to locate omnigraph; runs omnigraph export/commit/schema calls in the background.
Network
YesBackground omnigraph calls reuse the agent's --server/URI target; a server or remote store means network.
Introduction
omnigraph-viz is a Claude Code mod that shows what an agent does to an Omnigraph graph. Every omnigraph command Claude runs in Bash lands in a pane beside the conversation.
- Graph tab: a graph browser with the selected node in the middle, neighbours around it and Finder-style columns below. It follows the agent: reads light up their results, new nodes flash in marked
NEW, new links draw in from their source. - Feed tab: one line per operation with counts and timings;
entershows the command and output. - Status line: e.g.
◉ og · main · 14 ops · +3n. - Replay:
/og replay <ledger>plays a recorded session offline, no Omnigraph needed.
The author says it only watches and never changes the agent's command or output. For graph detail it runs its own background omnigraph export and commit list / commit changes calls (turn off with enrich=false) and appends operations and command output to a JSONL ledger in .omnigraph-viz/ (with a .gitignore). Needs the omnigraph CLI, a truecolor terminal, a braille-capable font and 144+ columns for the side pane. Built and tested against Claude Code 2.1.291.
Who it is for
- People who have Claude query or change an Omnigraph graph and want to watch it live
- People who need a replayable Omnigraph demo
Requirements
- Claude Code ≥ 2.1.291
- Requires the omnigraph CLI on PATH, or its path in the omnigraphBin option.
- Needs a truecolor terminal and a font with braille glyphs (Menlo, SF Mono, JetBrains Mono).
- A 144+ column window is needed for the pane to sit beside the conversation.
